Cotswold Canals Trust Visitor Centre - Stroud
The Wallbridge Visitor Centre provides information about the Cotswold Canals and contains a Cotswold Canals Trust shop.
It is situated next to Wallbridge Upper Lock on the Thames & Severn Canal, in the centre of Stroud. [map]
Like the Wallbridge Visitor Centre above, the Saul Visitor Centre provides information about the Cotswold Canals and also contains a Cotswold Canals Trust shop.
It is located near the junction between the Gloucester & Sharpness Canal and the Stroudwater Navigation, which is about 8 miles from Stroud and 9 miles from Gloucester. [map]
The Cotswold Water Park Gateway Centre, operated by the Cotswold Water Park Trust, is located adjacent to the Thames & Severn canal and is a good point from which to explore the canal between South Cerney and Latton.
The Centre is just off the A419 dual-carriageway between Swindon & Cirencester and provides free parking, toilets, a cafe and information about the Water Park and the canal. [map]
