The visitor centre at Wallbridge provides information about the Cotswold Canals and contains a Cotswold Canals Trust shop.

It is located at Bell House, Wallbridge, Stroud, GL5 3JS, next to Wallbridge Upper Lock on the Thames & Severn Canal. [map]

Cotswold Canals Trust Visitor Centre - Saul Junction

Heritage Centre, Saul

Like the Wallbridge Visitor Centre above, the Saul Visitor Centre provides information about the Cotswold Canals and also contains a Cotswold Canals Trust shop.

It is located near the junction between the Gloucester & Sharpness Canal and the Stroudwater Navigation, which is about 8 miles from Stroud and 9 miles from Gloucester. [map]

Cotswold Lakes Visitor Centre (Water Park)

Cotswold Lakes Visitor Centre

The visitor centre is shared between the Cotswold Canals Trust and the Cotswold Water Park Trust, and is located in the grounds of the De Vere Hotel, just off the A419 between Swindon & Cirencester.

The adjacent Gateway Centre has free parking, a cafe and toilets as well as other catering and retail outlets.

Close by is the Thames & Severn Canal, so this is a good place to start exploring the canal between South Cerney and Latton.
