Cotswold Canals in Pictures

Chalford Round House

Chalford round house, which is privately owned, is the first in the sequence of five when travelling along the canal from Stroud to Lechlade.

This round house has always remained occupied, even after the abandonment of the canal, and is also the most accessible as it bounds a public highway and the canal towpath.

The spill weir in the garden of the round house is also Grade II listed.
