Thames & Severn Canal - Marston Meysey Roundhouse

The original roundhouse, bridge and canal line is now obscured by a line of trees.

The Restoration

In 1986 an 'extension' was added to the roundhouse. The picture, bottom right, shows the accommodation bridge at which point the towpath used to cross over the canal. This bridge is now in the grounds of the property, and the footpath has long since been re-routed.
